The ferry experience was quite pleasant. The suite was a 2 bed & couch small cabin with a good bathroom.
We drove through Mazatlan and ate beachside at Playa Mazatlan – Where Evan & I stayed on our Mexico motorcycle adventure 2 years ago. The drive was sensational – constantly greener jungle & farms. The coco frio stop was run by a competent young lady. She asked us to name various fruit in English.
Much to our disappointment there was no room at the inn: The Nicholas course at Punta Mita was fully booked by a large group and there is a tournament at the Vallarta Vista courses. Curses! This is the 3-4 day Mexican Independence Holiday. Now to Plan B.
